And what a stunning car in the flesh. It is in Scintilla Grey and just looks so much better than in the pictures. Here's some pictures I took (the owner was kind enough to say it was OK to take some) and one of the stunning red V8VS in the showroom. There is also a sparkly V12V in the background on one picture biggrin

And the V8VS in the most beautiful red:

Would not turn the Zagato down but do not think I could live with that rear spoiler.

After owning a 997GT3 the Zagato spoiler would not phase me at all. Looks great IMO.

Woollie, I dont suppose you noticed the last 4 vin numbers for my Register did you? The Zag vins are part of the V12V series of numbers so would help greatly with my Register!

Thanks for sharing the photographs.

The Zagato looks wonderful, very, very nice. I am a big fan of this, but the price is a little optimistic in my view.

It will be interesting to see which way the residuals go on these.

Isn't there some sort of retractable spoiler that you can have retrofitted or am I just dreaming that?

Much prefer it in the silver than the original shots tbh.

I suppose I'm the only one so far that thinks the wheels are disgusting?? smile

Nice photos!
The light cluster picture is fantastic - I love that detail.
I must say that the Zagato has grown on me but that's some price hike for a rebodied V12V!!! eek

And as for that Red V8VS.... WOW!!!! Yes please!!!!!!

i really liked the Zagato in the original pictures, but when i saw it in the flesh it didn't seem as 'wow' for me. Especially so, once i realised it was an EXACT copy of a V12V underneath, just with a revised bodyshell and some fancy stiching on the seats & roof!

Well, if I had over £400K to spend on a Zagato, I'd be right round to BR and ask them to beef it up a bit smile

Sorry Phil, I didn't get the VIN frown I wasn't sure if I should as it is not my car as presumably the owner's decision if he wishes to share it.

I am wondering now whether Grange have been having enhancement details done on the cars when they come into the showroom scratchchin

The Zag and the V8VS look stunning and the paintwork was easily better then my car when I collected it.

Nice pictures Simon smile I was also lucky to see that Zagato at Grange last week. Although the spoiler is "unusual", I have to say it doesn't look too bad in the flesh.

The idea of such a limited edition car being messed with saddens me.

The idea of such a limited edition car being the same underneath as a V12V for a £260K premium REALLY saddens me frown

Don't make it out like Aston are the only ones to do such a thing. Look at the Continental GT Zagato. Will cost a damn sight more than £260k premium...

Also you make it sound like there's something wrong with the V12V it's based on? confused

Messed with???
At this price you're paying (a LOT!!) for individuality and exclusivity. Surely, asking BR to tune it so that you knew you had the most powerful, best and most exclusive Zagato would be worth the extra?

Absolutely not. If I was in the market for one of these I wouldn't even look twice at one that wasn't exactly the same as when it left the factory. (Except for maybe a respray at Works Service or something).
