Hi guys,
Just dropping by, and saying HELLOO!
New to the brand, from 997.1 GT3, and just collected V12V Carbon Edition on Saturday morning from Murrays in Edinburgh.
Only drove the car home (Fife) on Saturday, so really didn't get much of feel for things.
On Sunday, however, managed a run up to Braemar for lunch and back home via Cairn O' Mount. A nice mixed bag of roads from dual carriageway right down to single track (took a wrong turn) ahem.
Quite impressed so far. Was worried that jumping from the GT3, the V12V might have felt a bit soft and floppy by comparison. Delighted to find that's not the case.
Even the wife likes it.
Surprised by the waves from the two other vantages I saw out on the day, but glad to see some brand camaraderie for change.
Cheers!
Scott

Welcome Scotty,
Great way to emerge from the shadows and as already stated I'm sure, you've picked a great car there in the V12V.
Well pictures next then if you please and after that I shall need to see you on my Burghley House list of happy chapies
for next July.
Looking at it Geographically its only about 360 miles each way so is ideal for that Sunday morning poddle......
Enjoy........

One assumes BigScotty that you are over 5' tall....a veritable giant north of the border (well, there will be a border in 12 months).
At 4'7" people look up to me in my family of midgets, though I do wear Bay City Roller platforms and a couple of tartan pillows on the seat.
Btw congrats on the car

Nice pics. I really cannot get on with lightweight seats. I just cannot exit the car with any degree of dignity and always look as if I am about to fall face first out of it. Plus I don't have enough room in the garage to exit out of lightweight seats as there is not too much door space.
So sports seats for me but glad to see you have the CB V12V with all the goodies. Enjoy
