Thought I'd share some pics of Tony (Autoshine specialist valeting in Castleford) detailing the Vantage in the summer...
He even worked over a weekend so I could get it back for an event. Stirling job!

Looks similar to mine when it comes back from the Polish car wash after I invest £6!

It looks fantastic. I would love to get it done but it is a daily driver and it does go to the hand car wash round the corner every week so it would sadly not last long ( and I am not washing it myself!) .

Enjoy

This is also used pretty much daily, hence trying to keep the paint in good condition.
Unfortunately it swirls and marks pretty easily.

I will watch how you get on with interest. I assume it cost circa a grand?

Just over a third of that!

Granted I did get a little discount for being a member of SCD but definitely worth getting in touch with him.

Superb job, mirror finish.
What is the bike cleaner gelagnite, is that something specifically for disc calipers etc? Never see the product elsewhere and curious as to its use?

Sorry no idea Steve - Tony has his own range of products he uses and probably found this one was good for calipers etc

It's def looking a lot better and the gloss is back, but it's a shame there aren't more direct light pics in the afters. Sounds like you got a bargain too.

Yes & unfortunately these were also taken using his phone - I did just dig some out that I took when I got home (not much better though tbh!)...

+1
Having mine touched up shouldn't be as hard to bring it back up to the standard you now have.
Black does look good when freshly detailed.

He also does a winter protection treatment I may go for.
