Wind up merchants

Just a thought.......

Would be more apt if nobody responded to blatant wind ups - a kind of reverse 2 fingers up to wind up merchants.

The posts have gone downhill of late as we have all been a bit quick to respond, I am just as guilty as the next man (or woman).

It's like anything else, if you ignore or at least respond in kind, the trolls will soon get fed up and go find another forum to get their jollies off.

After all, all forums are the same

Sometimes it's just so hard to take twaddle from people whose PH garage indicates a love of aged Audis and a 1.2 Ford Ka; who then come on and talk about what's bad about [insert exotica here] when the closest they would ever be able to get is having a crafty one off the wrist at the roadtests under their Parka in WH Smiths.....

To be fair, I thought Jockers was a troll for quite a while, rumours he'd handcrafted his "DB9" from a single Oak tree simply added to the mysticism.

Then I found he ate boar burgers and "put people in boxes" so I left him alone. Apparently some Italian ancestry in there somewhere

sounds like a good idea. What i do on twitter is type the offensive reply tweet and then not send it. Keeps me from not getting suspended. Got to keep the "friendly" personal windups though.
