Finally bought an Aston...

And finally getting round to posting.....
Joined the AM family a few months ago, (June really), and haven't been able to stop driving it
...not even long enough to introduce myself and post a pic.
Found a well maintained early delivery 2005 V8V in Titanium Silver and Obsidian Black interior, all unmarked and I haven't stopped smiling since. Need to check with DVLA though, as first owner in owners manual is listed as Mr T Dalton ....I may have stumbled across some interesting provenance ?
HWM did a cracking job of prepping the car and I haven't had a moment to be unhappy with in 7.5k across the summer....ooops! Must remind myself I wasn't going to do too many miles

Nice one, glad you are enjoying it and don't worry about the miles - you are just letting it live & breath as it should Joined the AM family a few months ago, (June really), and haven't been able to stop driving it

Good to see someone else on our side of the UK too - we live near enough to Wales to think of it as our playground

Congratulations on the car, they never get boring do they?

I think you may be disappointed on the previous owner front, I seem to remember a Terry Dalton, a plasterer from Croydon had a silver vantage, cant be sure though
.
Absolutely correct there Gettoff.

.I remember Terry, met him several times at AMOC events.
Used him for a bit of plastering on my BTL's until he fell off his ladder and broke both ankles, never the same, had to sell the Aston, bit like old Jockers, never the same !

That would explain the clouds of pink plaster dust when I put the air-con on......
