TOP555 massive thumbs up !!!!

Just thought i would relay the recent experience of buying my vantage roadster through top555 at oakham. The presentation and hand over of the car was first class. Their friendly manner and overall knowledge really enhanced the purchase of the car. Their show room is an aladins cave of super cars which is worth a visit in its self. We read on here many times of poor service and i think it is important to state when someone goes beyond your expectations and really delights the customer. On the journey home the left wiper blade flew off somewhere up the M1. I phoned Charles at Top555 who was clearly upset by this. Their response--- Two new wiper blades sent from Aston Martin even though only one had come off. As further recompense and in response to my question about which battery conditioner to buy they sent me one through the post the very next day free of charge. Talk about going the extra mile. I have bought prestige cars from main dealers who could learn a lot about customer satisfaction from the boys down in Oakham first class well done.

I know this is tongue in cheek but to be fair regarding the missing wiper Top555 had not touched the wipers . The last service was main dealer and the car has done very few miles since.
