Hello all. I'm in Dubai for the Ab Dab GP and just went along to the Dubai Motorshow. Great day out for a tenner. Here are the pics from the Aston stand. Some stunning customised "Q" cars along with the Jay Leno C-100 mentioned in another thread.... Plus there were a few other stunning models there smile

Rapide S with Q order quilted seats amongst other things

DB9 special Q order with Black Satin paint and Q badging amongst other things:

Feel free to ask any questions. I met Kingsley who is the MD of Newport Pagnell. Lovely chap. Surprised there was no DBS there!!

Question 1 - Are women allowed to drive cars in Dubai?
Question 2 - I thought they only made 2 of the C100s, and both are sold.
Question 3 - Lunchtime here - sausage roll or pastie?

They probably sold both of the car number 1's, and a couple of car number 2 wink

Q1. Is the first V12S really mauve, or is it the lighting?
Q2. Is mauve still a colour?

I love the orange on the Vanquish. If it had silver details rather than black, and no carbon it would be perfect yes

The light green coloured DB9 is nice too.

The matte black one is absolutely hideous though hurl

Funny how white paint even manages to make a DB6 look cheap too.

I may be confused about this, but I thought the V12 Vantages were (Roadster are) all manual gearbox cars.

The first photograph is sans gearlever.

Please clarify.

Love the colour of that V12V - if it is a grey-white metallic colour then I saw it on a DBS a couple of months back and thought it looked stunning. Very "stealth" and suited the CF and I thought at the time that it would look great on a V12VS.

Anybody know the name of this colour?

I think it may be silver fox, the car I saw it on had dark alloys and it looked very special.
Silver fox was part of the colour range offered on the DBS Ultimate.
