Vantage V12S - GT3 KILLER

Just had one of the best days ever, was invited down to Millbrook testing ground yesterday to put the Vantage V12S through its paces and boy it did not disappoint! the fettling and new features has in my opinion worked superbly, on the track (even with winter tyres) it held well, on the Millbrook bowl at speeds well above those I am used to driving both the steering and suspension stiffens up beautifully making you feel safe!
On the one mile sprint start the car didn't disappoint, the braking power with its second gen carbon ceramics is simply awesome, the block down change afforded at high speeds (when the gear shift paddle is held in along with the adaptive ABS was really impressive

Not lucky enough to be driving but lucky enough to experience the V12S from the passenger seat for a couple of hours a few evenings back. My god. What a car.
Streets ahead of the new DB9 (and felt more roomier inside as well). Getting in and out with those sports seats did have me feeling my age though.
Would buy one in a lottery win heartbeat. It's an awesome thing of beauty.

- edited to say I still love the DB9 and would not turn one down. But if i had a choice...
