That sounds rather reasonable. Bit of a silly question, but if i drive in there with said curved alloy, is there some kind of loan wheel given or does one usually leave the car with them?wheel works Crawley , West Sussex...
Lovely, thank you for the advice, and feel to add any more recommendations a little closer to east london if i have to public transport my way back!
Can I assume the main dealer that services my car should be avoided in terms of having my pants pulled down?

£75 a wheel when they did mine. Next door to Trinity Engineering.
Dealers outsource and add a margin

These guys are good, in Kent:

Better at fixing wheels than building websites anyway

I used www.alloy-wheel-refurbs.com on the A10 in Cheshunt a couple of years back, although I took the wheel off the car, minus centre cap, as I didn't want him to know it was off an Aston

Also, I would only go with powder coating. The cheaper jobs are generally just a strip, fill, spray/lacquer job and this rarely lasts.
My recommendation (but a bit out of your way) would be http://www.pristinealloywheels.co.uk/ here in MK.
