Spotted V12VR #1 for sale

Just spotted that car number 1/101 is for sale in the classifieds...

Saw this a couple of days ago and as you can imagine it caught my attention. I thought that #1 had gone to South Africa and recall reading an article about it - so is this a UK car?
Also remember being annoyed that #1 had been given to a speculative car as I had asked if it was available to be told it had already been allocated! But that is another story.
Given the spec and mileage (and possibly a car not built for the UK market) it does look very expensive but I guess the seller is including a premium for it being #1. Coming onto the market at the right time and will be interesting to see how long it takes to sell.
