Hi all

Does anyone have a rapide S? If so what do you think of it? Is it as good as every review seems to suggest? Thanks

Don't own one, but have spent a bit of time behind the wheel at Millbrook. Truly epic car. Went from a car way off my radar to being one of my favourite Astons.

thanks. Does it feel big and a little cumbersome or is it truly like a sports car?

I didn't from the pictures but then saw one in a showroom and was actually quite taken with it

When you come to rest after pushing on a bit, it's take a while to compute just how much car is around you. Maybe the familiar layout has something to do with it, but it does feel an incredibly capable car.

I like it, its very aggressive and makes me smile, the 21 inch alloys also look superb. Lovely car if you need four seats

I drove the original Rapide and when in Sport mode with the adaptive suspension set to firm it felt like a Vantage. Certainly didn't feel like a big four door saloon.

Its a true sports car. I've driven them around several circuits, and they turn great lap times. We were told at a circuit in the USA that we were lapping quicker than their production race series cars!! Incredibly stable, particularly through high speed corners.

Thanks all

After owning a vantage then moving to the db9.2 one of the things I have really enjoyed is going out with the family in it. However over Christmas my daughter decided that turning 14 meant having a growth spurt and now she can't sit straight in the back of the db9. Selfish mare wink. Hence the question on the rapide s.

Appreciate all the information. Thanks

Josh
