The V12 was too hardcore and not really the GT Tourer that I (we) wanted. No complaints about it at all, but the Virage is an easier car to drive (in particular for my wife, who is the owner...).

I've got a TVR Cerbera for track days etc.

I wouldn't have swapped, but then I'm a youth. Looks a lovely example. Hope this ticks more boxes for you.

I remember not liking the Virage all that much when it was first introduced, but like many things, tastes change with time. Now it has become something that I find desirable, especially given its limited numbers.

You are certainly in a club of only a few!

Quite understand why Virage fits the need better. Compare and contrast V12V vs Cerb?? Is the V12V a better built, more luxurious Cerb?

The V12 is in a different league to the Cerb, in terms of quality and finish, but they both share the same 'rawness', for want of a better word...

I actually find that a V12V is far more useable than a Virage or DB9. The rear seats in the latter are useless anyway so you get a hatch with more luggage space and more headroom for the driver and passenger in the V12V.

Congratulations! Your Virage looks elegantly menacing IMHO. Going from our current V12V to a Virage/DB9.2 is def on the radar as I think it's GT nature probably better fits our use.
Look forward to hearing how you get on with your new p&j.
