Ive just removed and put back on a door card all by myself without PH and Youtube 
just sayin.
Would of like to remove it completely but the handle part looked tricky so decided to leave that.
The reason randomly I get scratching noise when operating the window and there is a slight scratch on the car so looked in that area.
Couldn't see a massive boulder just ran my fingers up and down the felt both sides of the glass.
Cant get it to scratch now after operating the window a dozen times.
Also its a genuine 2008 model as there build stickers all round the door.
Always tinkered with the TVRs I had but never the Aston so there a first.
