What a thing of beauty smile

And what a price! £6000 fitted including VAT.

Has anyone had one fitted? How do you find it?

The improve power and torque is impressive. As it the 18 kilo weight loss.

Lots of us have had them fitted - my DB9 still wears the prototype V12 manifold system which is like no other out there; the design has changed slightly since then hence my rather... distictive exhaust note compared to the BR production V12 manifolds fitted to other cars.

Believe the hype, they really are as good as people say they are and are built by the guys who designed the powertrain for AM and wrote the engine management software for both V8 and V12 - hence no software bodges to stop waring lights being triggered.

As mentioned above, read the sticky at the top of the page smile

Kept the rear element as was. I had the manifolds and 200 cell cats fitted, which has totally transformed the car. The torque increase makes up for the rather lacklustre performance at lower RPM. My car, a 4.3, now has comparable performance to a 4.7.......apart from the noise, which is fabulous. The boys fit a switchable exhaust valve, so stealth mode is available for quite departures, motorway cruising and taking my wife out. When alone and hooning, the switch is made and hell is unleashed.

If you are going to upgrade your car, I simply cannot recommend this option enough. I don't know enough about any competitors offerings, but I do know that I simply wouldn't change my car for anything else now. One very happy customer.

Ditto. Plus I had the BR clutch fitted, which has transformed my ASM1 gearbox.

Exactly. However no pic available as the switch is as stealth as the exhaust yes

+1. Without doubt this system transformed my 4.7 Vantage into the car I always wanted. When I upgraded to a DBS the first thing I did was go straight back to BR for them to work their magic on that too. If I was going to go back to a 2 seater I wouldn't hesitate to have my old Vantage back. Only problem is I doubt Bins would give me back the BR organs he took from it! biglaugh

I'd rather eat my own arm than lose my BR organs JP! Thanks again mate!! How's the DBS?

SFO, the switch for the exhaust is positioned just forward or my right knee on the junction between the carpet and the side of the dash. Convenient but out of sight, as there would be nothing worse than spoiling the cabin with an alien switch. As Nick says, it's the equivalent of pulling the fuse, but with my exhaust system the effect is, well, a little more dramatic to say the least. smile you need to come to a meet and see it for yourself.

Get your name down for Burghley yes

For a charitable donation, BR will fit the switch, and you will have the choice of stealth or yobbo at you fingertips biggrin.

Has anyone had the BR exhaust manifolds fitted on a V12V? Must say I'm really interested in them and if the gains are comparable to the V8 ones, they'd be worth every penny.

Ha! That's what I thought. Have managed to get Thor out at last and had a good blast down to Wensleydale for a couple of days to get rid of the cobwebs. Quiet mode as SHMBO was onboard frown Daily drive to work for the last few days though has got me smiling again though as the God of Thunder is back cloud9 Just need to find time to give him a good clean now. Need to look at options and an excuse to get down your way. Service not due until early summer but could be a trip to BR on the cards for that.
