BR Clutch for sportshift ASM1
Discussion
Hi I did not want to step over another topic on the separate BR exhaust thread but was very interested to read the brief line about replacement of the standard clutch on ASM1 sportshift by presumably the twin clutch set up from BR
"Ditto. Plus I had the BR clutch fitted, which has transformed my ASM1 gearbox."
My 2010 ASM1 4.7 has not yet done 20k miles and the OEM clutch is fine currently, so not an issue, and I do the clutch learn sequence every time I drive the car from cold, but... at some stage I will get the clutch changed when it needs to be done and therefore welcome any feedback on the BR system from those who have had this work done and also cost involved ? What was the noticeable difference.
Currently my car has an AM warranty on it which I will renew this september, if I were to use the BR clutch route would this invalidate the entire warranty or just anything related to clutch ?
Thanks for any insight and if you prefer to PM as to cost etc then of course fine.

Your best bet initially will be to make a cup of coffee or get a glass of wine and make your safe comfy. Then read through this thread from start to finish:

Most (if not all) of your questions and issues will already have been answered in this thread. If not, fire away. Just don't expect an immediate response. Most of those posters with BR clutches (and BR themselves) are currently at Rockingham. And judging by the sunshine out of my window, probably having a whale of a time. (***Insert jealous smilie here***).

good point on Rockingham thanks
I've read some of the pages since joining this forum on the BR sticky and bought the book so rather than spinning up 68 pages I'm looking for owners who specifically have had the work done and specific answers as opposed to 68 pages of subjects not directly related
thanks
