replacing headlamp washer and cover v8 vantage
Discussion
which bit are you replacing? its a 5 min job if you have the complete cap with the waher bit, youll need to use some pliars to pull the jet out and keep it out and another person to unclip the old one (there is a little horse shoe clip holiding it on) then its just a case of clipping the new one on.
Removing the headlight is not a difficult job but can be a bit time consuming. First, remove the front wheel followed by removing the black plastic wheel well cover. There are approximately 10 bolts holding the well cover in place. Once removed disconnect the wire connections and water squirter hose attached to the headlight unit. Lastly, remove the three bolts, two at the top and one at the bottom, which holds the unit. After a bit of maneuvering the unit drop down.

William, I forgot to add that after removing the wheel arch cover you will also need to pull down the air box to get to the headlight unit. It wasn't until I looked up the procedure in my manual that I realized my omission. Sorry about that. By the way the entire job shouldn't take more than an hour.
