I'd just like to say that the whole experience of buying this car was a pleasure. I called into Aston Martin in Derby, unannounced during heavy rain last Tuesday, Gerald Flint brought the car close to the showroom door so we could look at it without getting wet.....he then took the time to look at my Ad In these classifieds and offered me just about what I had hoped to receive for the car. The business manager , Julian Shaw also spent time talking to us ........no pressure at all.
Gerald met me half way for a test drive with a couple of hours notice on Thursday lunchtime, again he couldn't do enough but still no pressure.
Deal closed on Friday and I collected the car this afternoon! Phew ! What a week !
And to cap it all perfect conditions to have the last drive in my Onyx Black 4.3 Vantage through Rutland and Notts to Derby and then back to south Lincs in the new Beast.
Now looking forward to honing the Sportshift 2 moves . Thanks to Stratstone Aston Derby for good service all round.
