First.. driving past a primary school at kicking out time and some oik shouts "Great Jag Mr".. I managed to not swear and gave him a swift education his mother might not approve of. The education system really is failing kids nowadays.

..and then secondly.. our fear of what a big parent company will do to our brand.. outside John Lewis of all places! And we thought they'd learnt their lesson with the IQ
