After the right rear light has some failure on some of the leds I noticed that the left now shows condensation with the warning message appearing on the dash. So it seems it is time to replace them. I know some favour the clear lights, but I do not really care, if they are priced the same,ok. So where can I source these lights for a decent price or is there anybody that has a set of red because he went for the clear ones.
The other question is how risky it is to buy used ones and have the same trouble again, or better go for new ones in mind that AM has fixed the issue for good.

thanks

That "punt' will be a bad one as those shown are DB9 light clusters.

Clear lights are more expensive secondhand then red lights. (Supply vs demand).

eBay.

AM haven't 'fixed the issue for good'. Some lights get condensation, some don't. A new set of lights from AM is over £1k. Personally, I was happy to buy a secondhand set.

Thought Vantage, DB9 and DBS all had the same rear lights.

Don't forget that you are looking at an auction. £125 won't be the final price.

Either way, there are usually plenty of sets of red lights on eBay.

thanks guys I found a set on german ebay for 250 euro = roughly 200 pounds.
i will take the risk with used ones. I had them removed for inspection and they are glued together so rather
not made to be opened and get fixed. So much for the fairy tale that LED lights will not break.
The right LED light is missing one small cluster of the driving light.
