Today the driver side mirror glass just fell off (and broke, obviously).

I've already fixed the seven years' bad luck by taking the car to an exorcist, but does anyone where I can get a replacement mirror?

Astonmartinbits has a couple:

I think the first one is what I need (07 V8V, I need to walk out to the car and check), but I'm wondering if I can just buy the glass bit, since that's all that fell off, not the internal casing.

I think there is a thread on here somewhere that gives you the relevant Volvo part number.

These two posts sum up Aston Martin.

Yep, don't bother with astonmartinsts.

It is a Volvo part. 2006 S60, IIRC. Although a quick search should give you the definitive answer.

I have owned the Lotus for 25 years and 80,000 miles.Nothing has ever fallen off.
First thing I had to get for tool kit when I bought a Vanquish was a tube of super glue !
Loved owning it and would happily buy Aston again but for a premium price car the build quality is not what it should be.

Thanks for the details Graham, I'll order it on eBay. Fifty quid saved.
