Fuel filler cap

Hi, it might be useful. Not being able to open the fuel filler cap was a feature I had adjusted to on the last Vantage. Then the new car, 2014 it happened again. AM have finally issued a fix, had it fitted this week, it's a miracle but I can put fuel in to drive it. Anyone else in the same position, book yourself in to save the embarrassment

Do you know what the fix is? Better cable assembly?

They fitted an additional guid piece around the catch on mine, it help for a bit but mine has started sticking and gone a bit wonky again!

Don't tell me that! Spoke to the guy who fitted it, much bigger spring appanantly. It's only recently been released so fingers crossed :-)

Hmm, sounds like it's another new fix, think I'll ping the garage!
