I would look at shadow chrome as a finish I think it would look the nuts with that colour, shiny blackened chrome on the outside faces fading to a black finish on the inner rim.
Had a few sets of wheels refurbed by Wheel Genie in Huntingdon over the years, always been pleased with their work.

If not you have Pristine Wheels at Milton Keynes who have a very good reputation.
I would recommend going with a company that carries out a full strip of the existing finish by chemical means or shot blasting and then powder coats them for a durable finish.

Voted from me too for shadow chrome finish!
I saw some newly refurbished Pristine wheels on Wednesday that were still in their Pristine wheel boxes. Diamond cut V12v wheels with grey painted spokes. There were bits of contaminate in the clear lacquer and they had placed the wheels back in the boxes still partially wet so the back of the rims had paint removed where the wheels had made contact with the boxes. I wonder if they have got too big to offer good attention to detail, they are mass producing everything now. If you chose to go with them make sure you carefully inspect when you get them back...

Haven't done mine as yet but am going to take to Mint Alloys in Silsoe. Was quoted about £280 Inc, for all 4. Bear in mind the TPM valves might give you some grief.
