Not sure who to use for this.
Always had a small judder felt through the wheel when steering the car and low speeds seems worse when cold.
And ive just lost a wheel weight when i was cleaning a wheel.
So my hunch is its geometry that's out on the car plus off course a full wheel balance.
A few months ago i visited Works and i was impressed with their set up on the tour, i inquired then and i was told the DBS is difficult to get the balance right and that they had the right equipment for this including Hunter alignment.
Not really sure if this is marketing though?
Im in Derby so it would be a day off work and 200 miles and i guess not cheap from them.

Is this true and worth letting them do it?

Stratstone Derby are not good enough they made my car worse when they replaced my tyres on my last DBS.

Thanks

If you are sure your CCM's are balanced there are better specialists for geo
Try googling & calling Wheels in Motion or Center Gravity
Chris @ CG is very very good

Had a similar wheel judder issue, but at speed, from collection (as I pointed out on pre-purchase road test rolleyes ) on my DBS. Stratstone Hagley (supplying dealer) assured me it was sorted but agreed that AM Works would be the best place to take it IF it needed the CCM's balancing. Turned out to be no more than a wheel balance issue but it needed a road forced wheel balance on their Hunter machine. I think I'm right in saying there are only a few of such machines in the UK. TBH I would make the effort and get Works to look at it

Any idea where they did it? I've often looked and never found the road force machines.

Sorry perhaps I didn't make it clear.......At Works itself Jon, they have their own machine in the main workshop along with a selection of coloured wheel weights so they blend in with whatever colour wheels you have
Nothing worse than silver weights on black rims yes

SNAP - since getting from Spa.. I think the track day was hard on my tyres..but figured they would wear them selves sorted but have a judder at motorway speeds..
Also tempted to use Works as every time I have had anything to do with them I am very impressed!.. they do a free pick-up 50mile radius so I was thinking about seeing how much they would charge as I am the same as you! day off to do the 200 mile round trip hmmmmmm
