Hello people, I went to look at a DB9 recently and noticed the boot carpet didn't lift up and seemed to be glued down. Is this correct? should the boot carpet be glued down in these. Also what else should be in the boot, noticed the umbrella wasn't there (as many seem to be missing). It had a compressor on the right and some tools on the left. Do they not come with a jack or wheel brace? I have had cars without spare tyres but have had jack and brace present. Cheers

Glued down. Umbrellas were options on DB9, but some that should have been there do get lifted. No jack nor brace.

Yes it's great ,if you have a puncture its a major crisis.
Bring back the old days when having a flat tyre was easily resolved with a jack ,a spare tyre and a bit of elbow grease.
The older I get the more I think we are going backwards not forwards.

Agreed. So many things now are worse than they used to be, and manufacturers seem to offer solutions to problems that do not exist.

Cars being designed by computer programmers and accountants probably.
