Later DBS seat controls in eraly DB's and Vantage

I know Karl franz did a lot of work to establish that these seat controls in the Virage/DB9.2 & vanquish cannot be retrofitted in the earlier cars.



Mooching around the other day I noticed that the early DBS shares the seat controls with the early DB9 and ALL vantages. You know the ones! Whilst considering DBS volantes I noticed the later ones have a much better looking seat controller but I'm not sure its the same as the Virage/DB9.2

Anyone know if the the controller fitted to the late DBS is an easy retrofit?

No they cannot. Electrically, they are not compatible.

I still have mine ready to install. Just haven't had the time. You pretty much have to take off all the dash trim and center console trim to remove/replace the controllers.
