Did anyone see the show the other day focusing mainly on Tom Hartley, Amari and Big Cars ?

TH - Just seemed to want to show how good he was, didn't seem to be about the cars at all, it was just how good he was. Also he was banging on about 'The Deal' all the time, however he didn't appear as if he wanted to actually deal at all, it was take it or leave it from what I saw.

Amari - I laughed when his wife was having a dispute with someone about paying over the odds for something. What sort of punter phones up after buying a car to then argue the price........it's a bit late.

BC - Wasn't keen on the sales guy at all, calling the customer mate and then getting the hump with him.

Yes I saw the programme.

Not sure I would buy a car from any of them to be frank.

Particularly agree with your comments re TH.

Must admit from what I saw I wouldn't be keen to buy from TH (or the others). Maybe i'm being unfair as I've never actually spoken to any of them, but that's just a gut feeling.

I loved the approach at AM Works when buying mine. Their card machine wasn't working on collection day, so they just let me sign a loan car form and let me take it anyway, and I paid them two days later.......I can't see TH letting me do that can you !

Remember guys, Editors are the most powerful people in TV. The programme will be edited to elicit a certain reaction.

I cannot believe that car salesmen would be unscrupulous. Nor can I believe Retman's fees would ever be excessive nono

I think if I were the dealer I'd at least have hoped to elicit a nicer reaction....or at least not a 'what a chopper' reaction tongue out

Agreed, matey. I suppose it depends what control they had over the editorial. I'm assuming none considering the reaction.

That's what makes Gogglebox so compulsive yes

Tom Hartley came across as a used car version of David Dickinson.

And I think his son would give premiership footballers a run for their money on a sat night chasing the ladies

I turned off when the amari couple had a debate about which car they were going to drive home.

They could all be lovely people but I'm not rushing to buy a car from any of them.

Hi Molly - will do, you couldn't miss her with that pink coat and those trousers rolleyes I've had nothing but stick about shovelling down the buffet, no one's mentioned the effort she was making to drain the lake of Prosecco lake on offer- she obviously didn't want it to go flat..... Hope all good with you and Roberto thumbup

I wasn't impressed from the start, but then when Tom Hartley started saying his movie room cost £300k (not sure why judging by the way it looked), that was it, mental note not to give him any of my money.

It was all about them, nothing to do with Supercars or any other cars for that matter.

Watched it on Facetube on the interweb last night. Third rate fly on the wall reality tv show about people who want to be in third rate fly on the wall reality tv shows.

Let's hope they make a series, then I'll have another reason not to own a television.
