I have a corroded off side wing strake on my V12V.
Dealer has quoted £381.00 to supply and fit including VAT.
Sound reasonable enough?

I think they're like £150 to buy and then fitting it will be at least 60-90 minutes.

If that is to replace only one (expensive IMHO), then I would try and source a Carbon Fibre set which would also match your V12 Carbon exterior kit.
I got a pair of OEM Carbon strakes for £350 (AM dealer on Ebay) and the added benefit is no more corrosion issues (both my chrome strakes were pitted)

Another tip is find out where your local AM approved bodyshop is located and get them to fit them (thats what I did)
The guys in the AM approved bodyshop strip down Astons every day and will be at a much lower hourly rate than a dealer technician

Is it easy enough to remove the arch liner to get in the grille/strake? Looked for a guide online but no joy.

Really easy if they're not seized.

I just removed both side strakes, repainted the grilles black and replaced them with new chrome ones. The original intention was to wrap them in carbon effect and refit. I did wrap them, and the pitting could not be seen through the wrap, they looked great, but I just decided chrome looked best against a black grille on Meteorite. Wrapped items soon to hit eBay for 99p.

I did not find this job easy, I found myself on Amazon ording hockey pucks! And on eBay ordering ratchet spanners... There are some great threads on here about the correct way to jack the car, very helpful. Once the car was jacked up with pucks included.. You cannot easily put it on axle stands, so it's one side at a time. Oh, and the car is too low for a standard jack, so I had to reverse it onto wooden blocks before this could start. The axle stands thing is a real pain for repainting the grilles, as it slows the whole thing down.

Dropping the arch liner was very easy, I did not even fully remove it to gain enough access. The drivers side was much harder, to access the grille bolts as what I assume was the ECU is mounted in the way, and I found it impossible to access all of the bolts without using a 10mm ratchet spanner. Passenger side was very easy. I have some photos of the process if you are interested. If I knew then what I know now, I would have bought the pucks and spanner and made the blocks up front, and done the job in about 2 hours
