As much as I would love to be able to blame somebody else for my useless manoeuvring ability I really can't. The result is I managed to curb one of my DBS' alloys earlier today; albeit at very slow speed and not too bad. Problem is it is already driving to distraction.

Have any of you got any experience of having your diamond cut alloys refurbished? Lepsons in Gillingham are not too far from me and they appear to plenty of experience dealing with this type of muppetry. Anybody dealt with them specifically?

Thanks in advance,

PJ

Rimstock are the makers of AML alloys, they do refurbs. Not the cheapest but I expect they would do a fine job.

Rimstock will return the wheel back to it's original OEM state. The wheels are effectively placed back onto the production line.

I've had a set of V8VS diamond cut wheels refurbed by Rimstock and the finish was faultless.

Many thanks for the advice. Had a look on Rimstock's site and will give them a call later this week.

When you had a look round the site, did you see they do loaner wheels? They also do X-ray, crack and pressure tests too.
Like I said, not the cheapest, but some things are worth paying for.

I've used Lepsons a couple of times and I've been impressed with the results.

Lepsons just did mine and they were excellent. Great finish and fast, 3 day turnaround.
