Hi.I am new to the forum but hoping to get some technical advice.
I have recently bought a 2008 DB9 in Bahrain where I live. It's a low mileage car with a full dealer service history. The problem is when accelerating through the gears at RPMs above 4500 the AC feels as if it shuts down. Our climate here is hot and the garage says this is a normal load shed for performance . Can this be correct or are they just at a loss to explain why? Any ideas or suggestions welcomed with thanks.
Regards Phil

I think this is normal to give you more power the AC shuts down above 4500 or 5000 revs. It comes back on at lower revs. I read this info somewhere in an Aston manual.

Hope this helps.

Cheers

It's standard procedure on most a/c cars and has been for decades.
