I noticed in the latest 2015 AM accessory catalogue (Page 16) that they do a V12 Bonnet Mesh kit (as an alternative to the CF louvres)
Has anybody seen a car with these fitted?

Never seen any fitted, but I find it a bit odd that they'd offer such a thing, given the efforts they went to tuning the vents to get the air through the engine bay as quickly and efficiently as possible...

Hideous, no idea why anybody would want to swap the CF for those - but I'm sure somebody will. Painting seems like a better solution for those who don't like the CF.

Given this seems to imply there has been lot of BS from AM about tuned vanes necessary to achieve the desired cooling, do you think they will drop the same excuse for the hideous grille (IMHO) and offer a traditional version?

With current posts here about AM racing cars I noticed the V12 GT3 cars seem to use the bonnet mesh (on a racing bonnet with additional cooling vents)

Agree, if I was in a position to spec a V12S that's be deleted instantly. I love my V12 but really dislike the vents, thankfully as mine is a dark colour you can't really see them smile

I bet they will look good on a car. Be interested to see a pic of them fitted. The carbon vents have always been the bit I disliked about the V12V.

Sadly not; just around some fun Welsh roads and if my parking permit is sorted back to London. Otherwise you'll find a spare Vantage in your garage wink

Have you checked the forecast for Le Mans?
