Stone Chip Protective Film Templates - V8 Vantage 2006

My car is going in to the paint ship tomorrow as the previous owner tried to drive it through a slightly smaller gap than the car.

They are also going to paint my new V12 sills as well, so I can fit them afterwards.

Anyway, back to the help required.

As I am getting the car painted, I will need some new stone chip protectors for the rear wheel arches (Lower and Upper)

Rather than spending £25 for each individual part, wondered if anyone has ever taken a template of the shape or would be prepared to make a template for me of the upper 'shark fin' ?

I can do the lower ones myself as these are already fitted on the car, plus I have the V12 sills that I can make as well.

Ive already got the 3m ventureshield film, just need to cut it.

Any information would be appreciated.

I wouldn't bother with putting the same thing back as the factory, as you'll just get chips around it too. Best to get a film installation company to do the sills and up to the swage line for you.
