Taking the Aston to Silverstone?

As the weather seems to be holding up I thought I would take the Aston to the GP tomorrow. I've never been and we are in public parking which seems to be concrete rather than rutted field. Is there anything to be aware of other than take a book to read whilst queuing to get out. Concerned there may be a "boisterous" element a la Le Mans.
