Just a thought, but given the shape, and lines etc. how long before someone transforms a current vantage to look like the one off DB10 in the bond film?

And what would be the thoughts if someone did do it?

Probably banished to Kit Car section in Pistonheads never to darken these corridors again!
Its one of the reasons apart from the sills and and spoilers (N420/"S" models) no one feels the need to change an Aston. If you want it surely buy it?
Its like changing a DB9 into a DBS.....you wouldnt would you?!

Yea I guess it would be classed as a kit car

I mean if the DB10 was going to be for sale then you could buy one, but it is only for the film so I understand

And no I would not make a DB9 look like a DBS, but other people may

What about fitting a DBS bonnet to a DB9?

But where do you draw the line? N400 sills fitted to a Vantage? The rear diffuser or a front splitter?

So, you begin with a beautiful V8 Vantage;

and then you want to alter it, to achieve an ( improved ? ) design.

(think Duke of Edinburgh and shark).

Opinions please.

Re DB10 - if the lights were bigger it would look so much better.

He does not seem to be interested in cars now (except for his Skoda).
If you look, you will see his passion is now for watches.
Very excited about an (apparently) extremely special watch, although I did notice that you cannot read the time very easily. However, those of us wot know about watches, it should be worn on the back of the wrist when driving. Not much use these days, with several time displays now in cars.

Have you noticed the latest sales pitch, by expensive watch manufacturers? Look out for sportsmen being interviewed. They repeatedly scratch their faces, so that their sponsors watch can be seen by the camera.

This might be Yeti wearing his watch.

I am also aligned with Mr Gould (and might I add what a concise and considered post it was too.) I would hazard a guess that the DB10 is not on sale to the public for a reason and that Jon39 has demonstrated that reason admirably!

What were they thinking?

I agree the DB10 is far less of a looker than the Vantage

Was never going to name them. Think you've met both of them
