Just had a 'Unit' replaced on my V12V as the face level vents wernt working.
They now work but if you have all vents on (screen, face and floor) then turn off floor the face level turns off as well.
Just checked with the dealer and they tried another car which did the same (they all do that sir!)

Is this correct do we think?

That is an easy one to check David, so I would have helped, but my car is being stored over 100 miles away.

I doubt the TADTS, because a choice of three buttons should give a choice of three actions.
WIll be interesting to see the answer.

Pretty sure thats the norm, my car is 200 miles away though so won't be able to check for 3 weeks

I'm afraid that they do all do that.

I've had them check previously and, although I've never had a sensible explanation as to why, all of my previous cars have done it.

I've just double checked my car now and I'm afraid it does exactly what your does too.

My DD has levers and cables. The airflow goes where I choose. (Tick)
No air-con though, so that car is in temporary storage. (Cross)

It seems that we cannot have an ideal vehicle.

OMG - so it isn't a sticky servo motor flap or something?

I like to have cool air to my face but without goosebumps on lady's legs. She really has been complaining but this is a comedy 'feature'?!
