Worn buttons....?

Hi all - any ideas if I can do anything about these worn buttons on the stereo? I think the previous owner was a little over zealous with his use of them?



PS - I've no idea why the picture is coming rotated?!

Oh great, thanks for the reply and suggestion. I really didn't know how to describe the replacement part which makes searching a little difficult!
