Stuck CD in Vantage 6-cd multi changer

Hi,

Just wondered if a stuck cd in the Vantage cd multi changer was common? The situation is that there are two cds in there that will not eject.

Also does anyone know of a fix to get the cd out?

Hmm, do they play?

Volvo multichanges have a common issue where the plastic controller snaps or something along those lines.

I had a stuck CD closely followed by Disc Unreadable. I managed to get the CD's out by being persistent with the buttons but I ended up changing the autochanger for a new one.

As Sump says does it still play.

I had this problem with my previous MY09 V8V. Dealer was going to change the CD changer under warranty but found that it was just misalignment of the slot in the unit with the slot in the dash. Bit of realigning was all that was needed and worked fine for nearly 2 years after that until I traded the car in.
