Broadspeed are quoting these discounts, which could be useful during negotiations with a dealer.

I bought a brand new MY15 V8 in December, but it was dealer stock, I didn't get to spec it. I got a discount in the low teens %. It's my understanding this is the only way you get a discount off a new Aston. If you order one you pay the sticker price...

IanV12VR - if anyone deserves a discount, then it is you Sir.

Five Aston Martin purchases, and owning two at once, you might be the second best customer. The buyer of seven One-77 cars ( so the story goes), must hold the top spot.
Wonder if the halving of the oil price has trimmed his style.

To obtain a discount on my car, it was only possible with a considerable amount of luck, and a one year wait.
First spec. the car (problem, only two known in the U.K).
Wait for a car with my spec. to appear on the pre-owned list.
Buy it. An 8,000 miles, as-new example, with a juicy 43% discount to the new cost.
Job done, and I am very grateful to the original buyer.

I was expecting the rate of depreciation to continue, although of no consequence with a 'keeper', but now know that it slows considerably after three years.

Not a V8 but when we bought our V12VSR earlier this year we specced it to exactly how we wanted, including Q parts, and were very happy with the deal we got. It was the fifth Aston we have got through the dealer though so that could have had an influence wink

You should be able to secure a discount on a new car to your spec but you have to be a serious buyer and be prepared to say yes there and then.
On cars in stock definitely something in line with other postings.
