Not a car I have seen on PH or from the local AMOC area. I think it was about three years ago I was approached by the father of a young lad who had died in a skiing accident to see if we could provide some cars for the funeral courtage as his son had been mad about Astons and used to go into Grange (the local AM dealer) to look at the cars all the time.
Grange provided a Rapide for his sister to travel in and we had three members of the Club offer their cars. Very sad day but hopefully the presence of the cars that the son loved helped the family. I got a lovely email from his Dad a short while later thanking us for providing the cars and saying he had particularly appreciated the noise ours cars made when they started up to leave.

Only if you ever took it seriously, LD.
