Recently when refuelling my V8VR the fuel input nozzle keeps cutting off every few seconds and it is only possible to fill the tank to approx 4/5 full.
I have read in Grants book about the V8 Vantage there was a Service Action
"Fuel Filler Cap - Malfunction"

This is indeed listed in the Technical section on the AM website

SA-01-0163 - Fuel Filler Cap Valve Malfunction

Does anyone know about this or has had a similar issue?

I had this at certain filling stations with mine, the "fix" was to invert the nozzle to get the fuel in. It's not an AM thing, it happens frequently when filling our Touran too.

I have exactly the same issue on my DB9 and presumed it was a 'feature' of all cars. Thank you for letting me know it might not be!

My solution has been to turn the pump handle around 180 and it allows 100% fill.
