To be honest the factory tour was wonderful and surprising for me. It is seriously cool to be making cars by hand, using traditional techniques - planing and panel beating etc. I have to take my hat off, a little gem and time capsule in the heart of England. Keep up the good work Morgan

Cheers William. Great to meet you and see your car! Looks fantastic! What a great place to visit and great people who have a real pride in what they are doing. The Grim Reaper three wheeler was amazing and most unexpected.

I really do think that one day we will have one of the Aero cars in the stable. The design and look of them is just fantastic and cannot believe how many three wheelers they make. Brilliant day - although the weather was rubbish which was a shame because I hate driving with the roof up frown

I have been to the factory several times, and very much admire the design of their Aero models.

Unfortunately the illusion was shattered, when I rented one of their cars.
Badly let down in the areas of comfort (over bumpy roads) and handling (does not provide confidence).
A disappointment to me, especially when considering some prices are similar to the Vantage.

There is a YouTube video comparing an Aero to a Vantage, driving the Anglesey circuit in wet conditions.
A hoot!

Dave, apparently they have 30,000 visitors a year to the factory! The guys on the line seem to enjoy it as well! One guy we saw, who clearly had been there years, pulled out a tattered old Haynes manual to see how to fit the fuel tank! He got the reaction he expected biglaugh

Haha I bet he pulls that out a lot. 30,000 is a lot of people. How many cars do they shift a year?

My Dad went last year with his classic car club and said it was enjoyable.

If you want to, a factory tour is available to anyone. Simply telephone to arrange.

Production is approximately a quarter of Aston Martin, at about 1,100 annually.
Sales have risen strongly to that level recently, by the success of their Three Wheeler, which is now by far the dominant model (it can be sold in USA, but not their other cars). I think the Company have been surprised and pleased, with the Three Wheeler sales, but possibly fortunate, because at the same time, the sales of the four wheel models have declined considerably.

Fascinating place isn't it. Glad to see you enjoyed it. We went last year with Pistonheads Sunday Service and had a ride in a 3-wheeler (proceeds to charity) - a good laugh but I wouldn't want to own one!!
