Best of British.

Would that refer to assembled in Britain, or company ownership, engine and gearbox manufacturer?

As much of the above as possible - in my case, my Aston's British partner ticks all of those boxes..

Less posh than some but we've had this tiddler for 15 years and counting, just added a recently acquired 2007 supercharged FFRR to go with the V12V. Three sizes of hooligan :-)

Mine shares garage space with a new chassis and parts of my 3000M TVR which is a very Brittish companion for the Vantage, also has a little rare slice of Modena along side.

The RRS is my other ride. My wife has a Mini Countryman, so an all British stable (sort of, the mini came from Austria ], I believe)

I recall reading this thread and showing my gf how awesome these guys are, driving a landrover during the week and Aston on the weekend.

Unknowingly, and in a round about manner, my recent car search to replace my daily Lexus, has landed me in a land rover as well smile Now I have no car to fall back on when one of them breaks tongue out

My current daily, the V8V, and my previous daily a 1975 MG Midget 1500.

It was my first car. I've owned it since 1997 and it had a full restoration in 2004/5 with a new Heritage shell, uprated engine and 5 speed 'box etc. Daily driver (inc. Scottish winters) until 2007. I've never been very sensible.
