Db9 drivers window not moving when the door is closed

Does anyone know how to sort this window issue on a Db9? The glass doesn't go up or down when you open or close the door. The battery had been turned off by the switch in the boot (not by me) and the yellow button has been pressed to power it again.

I think I remember there being something where the window has to learn how to do it?

window all the way down, hold button for 4 seconds (you should hear a light click), all the way up and hold for 4 seconds.
