DB7 Seat belt light
Discussion
Hi, I'm new to this forum so bear with me. I'm sure this topic has been covered before. I have a 2001 DB7 Vantage Volante.
The seat belt light comes on after starting, three flashes, then two, then ultimately continuously. Previous posts have said that this means a loose connector under a seat. The dealer has corrected the problem twice by "cleaning and lubricating connector posts," but, cannily, won't tell me where or which connector.
There are three connectors attached to the front cross member of each seat, and a forth that disappears back under the driver's seat (one of those wires is pink.) Which of these four connectors is the likely culprit? If it is the fourth one, heading under the seat, the seat will have to be removed to access it.
Thanks, Bill Colom
