Hi all,

I think my car will shortly be due a service. It was last done in April 2015 at 38,500 miles, and am now on 44,000. Is the servicing schedule a strict 12 months / 10,000 miles (whichever is first), or will the car tell me when a service is due?

Additionally, it's still FAMSH - I used Chiltern Aston recently for a small job and was very impressed with them. Do they class as a main dealer these days? Should I take it a 'proper' main dealer if I want to maintain the FAMSH?

Thanks in advance,
Nick

Yes April 2016, though I doubt you will get shouted at if you did it in May.

Reputable Indy stamps are good but some people prefer the Dealer stamp. I had both.

Chiltern are an approved Aston service centre so you will get your AM stamp there. They come up on AML website as an Aston Service Centre so by the sound of it you will not have to look any further.

Nice to see the Jockman popping in…….byebye

Ian's spot on regarding Chiltern and if you've had a good experience there why not reward it and go back.

Alternatively there are plenty of well known Indies on here the choice is yours.

Main dealer wise you've obviously got Grange on your door step to consider.

Finally you might not know yet but your needed to attend Burghley House on the 3rd of July for our big bash.

Hope you can make it,just pop your name on the register there's a good chap and the jobs a good un……….

Sorry for the shout out but I just couldn't help myself…..biggrin

Thanks for this guys - I'll take it back to Chiltern smile.

Really want to go to Burghley - but I think I may be taking my Vantage down to the Austrian Grand Prix that weekend! Will there be PH'ers going to the Beaulieu meet next month?

Chiltern are good. Remember to ask for an AMOC discount if you're a member
