Spare in a can
Discussion
Sorry can't advise on what it does to the tyre sensors. But I had to use mine fairly recently, and it was a fairly neat solution as you also have the compressor/gauge to inflate to the correct pressure. I had a back injury at the time (could hardly bend over), so with the length of the 12v cable and air pipe made it very easy
On my Porsche when I had a puncture and used the inflation kit it filled the tyre with fluid, and you could feel the wobble in the wheel as the fluid got flung around.
One other thing to note (read this as you will), the tyre retailer did say that some brands of tyre sealant can damage the inside of the tyre causing any attempted tyre patch not to adhere properly.

Some latex goo can turn the tyre into a scrapper. My tyre dealer told me the Holts tyreweld stuff is the one to go for. Two big cans in the boot and forget the latex. Its a faff anyway.
Halfords currently have an offer on Holts until early June. Two x 500ml cans for the price of one - just a tenner.divetheworld said:

Have used the Holts stuff on a motorbike - Sunday morning in France - no chance of a repair. It was great. But did have to inflate the tyre at the nearest petrol station as it only gets it to ~20psi. Scrapped the tyre when back in the UK, but not keen on patching bike tyres anyway. When the gunge in the Aston ran out I just got a Holts can for the car. Cheaper and less faff.
I bought a Dynaplug repair system from Amazon. I've never had the need for it, but it has good reviews and was recommended by a fellow Aston driver.
My thinking is that if I ever get a puncture while driving my DB9 I'll first try the Dynaplug solution, which appears to be a superior fix if I can access the puncture and it's pluggable. If I can't get to it, I'll try the goop/slime solution.

That's a neat solution. A lot cleaner than the traditional tyre plugs. My thinking is that if I ever get a puncture while driving my DB9 I'll first try the Dynaplug solution, which appears to be a superior fix if I can access the puncture and it's pluggable.
