Vantage V8S reading lights

I have just purchased a 2014 MY Vantage S.
The reading light switches operate the incorrect light I.e. The right hand switch (drivers side) controls the reading light on the passenger side, and vice versa.
I assume this was an assembly error when the car was first built. Has anyone ever heard of this happening before?

Easy enough to change it over. Remove the housing and swap the plugs over. All you need is a T30 torx driver to drop the mirror and a posidrive (or T25) for the housing.

Thanks for the guide to swopping them around.
I was thinking of asking the AM dealer who supplied the car to sort it, but from the experience of trying to buy a car from them, I think I'll do myself.

I will post a picture when I can get it clean and dry again 😀
