I saw a while ago that AM dealers were going to introduce this but just got a quote from my local dealer for a 5th year service on an AMV8S of just under a thousand pounds.
The fixed service 2012 price is around £770.

Anyone heard news of it coming in ?

Not yet

you could always try one of the reputable indys, likely around £550-650 for a 5 year service.....

Still only "coming soon" afaik, I've just booked mine in for its 8th service at JCT for £875inc, which is a lot cheaper than the "RRP".

Nice one Dev - I've always found them very good.

Unfortunately once I sent them a list of "niggles" its looking more like £1500.. might get the niggles sorted at an indy tbh, there's nothing particularly tricky (belt squeal, rear pads greasing and a replacement for the scratched radio screen) - would be nice to just get it sorted, but their labour rate just feels like such a ripoff for such simple things.

Yeah, will do - getting the service done at the main dealer, but will get the niggles fixed elsewhere. I might even just get a local place to do it, there's nothing particularly tricky or AM specific that needs doing.
