Sportshift - first gear takes a while
Discussion
Yesterday i was driving in some stop and go traffic. I always put the car into neutral when standing still for more than a few seconds. But now I noticed that when pulling the right paddle, it didn't went into first immediately. Normally when pulling the right paddle, 1 pops up on the screen in a matter of milliseconds, but now it didn't.
I only went into 1st when holding the paddle a bit longer than normally.
So, pulling the right paddle fast, and nothing happened, pulling the right paddle and holding it, and then it went into first. So basically, I had to pull twice for the gear to engage.
I don't thing there is anything wrong with the car, it just didn't feel right.
Weird.
I have to say, this is the first time in one year ownership, i didn't do the clutch learn procedure... Maybe that has something to do with it?
I read something that with the ferrari F1 system, when the clutch is on it's way out, selecting first gear becomes a problem. I hope that isn't the problem with mine
Thanks!
