A friend of mine has just purchased a 14 V12 vantageS, he didn't buy it from a main dealer it came as a part exchange at the local Mercedes dealer.
As I got any experience of main dealers within the North Oxfordshire area as there are a couple of warranty points that he would like sorted out and doesn't know which dealer to go and speak to.

Any advice or comments would be really appreciated, thank you.

I have used Cheltenham before and then switched to Works at Newport Pagnell which very happy with.
Simon Voakes is very helpful.

I've been using Aston Martin at Amersham.

Speak with Dru in service as he's a great guy. Had a few issues in the past with my DB9 and he's always been 110% (my DB9 is with them at the moment for its annual oil change)

FWIW I am very satisfied with AM Cheltenham (HR Owen) for all our cars - Ian in Service has been very helpful in sorting issues out.

Thanks guys, I will pass all of this over to my friend.

Out of interest, the problem appears to be condensation in the headlights, I'm assuming that it's a relatively common thing, anyone else suffered with this?

It might be easier to ask "who hasn't had that?" smile
