Mine are suffering a bit of deterioration.

Any idea how much I should be paying for a respray of both corners?

TIA wink

If yours are just at an early stage of paint flaking, I wonder whether some dabs of matching black Hammerite, might hide the defects.

Has anyone tried that?

I got them done by the dealer on my previous 2009 4.7 and I'm sure it was really cheap, vaguely recall something like £65. If I were a dealer I'd have a stock of old ones that I'd had painted ready so I could just swap them over when the next victim comes along. For those whose car is under 3 years old I'd recommend giving them a very good clean with your power washer just before your warranty expires ....... hehe

Hi I've got the same problem with mine, but I was thinking of going down a different route.
Going to give mine a little TLC over the winter and thought about buying a plating kit and anodizing the arms instead of painting.
Any ideas or thoughts on this?

Cheers Dixie

Reading up on this it seems it's quite an involved job to remove them (lots of interior and then driver and passenger windows out). So a complete respray won't be cheap. A touch up might be smarter smile

No need to take them off if they are just being re-sprayed. That's what masking tape if for.

You would only take them off if you were going to get them powder coated, or sprayed with a new crackle finish.

Not a problem as the doors are coming off for repairs.
I was thinking of polishing them up then anodising so will be shiny silver.
